1.Upload series of pics or video of you performing a physical activity
2.Explain what activity is, how long it was performed, how many times a week you do it, when and where it was done
3.Explain how these activities allowed you to maintain your level of fitness
Assignment #2 (Write a Fitness Program)
1.Write a program you can follow that will enhance that part of the test you came up short in (Push ups, mile, etc.)
2.Program must include specific activities set in a twelve week workout (every 3 weeks activities will change)
3.You must document in journal format, your participation in your fitness program (include date, time, how long and number of repetitions)
